M&E Co-Ordinator

As an M&E Coordinator with Kilcawley Construction you will report directly to a Contracts Manager and you would be tasked with assisting Project Managers on projects to effectively procure, manage and handover mechanical and electrical subcontractor scope forming part of a larger building project. The role involves actively participating in the safe, timely execution of the works in accordance with the project budgetary, programme and quality requirements.



General

• Support the Contracts Manager and a number of Project Manager to effectively delivery the mechanical and electrical delivery on large building projects with project values from EUR3m to EUR20m

• First point of contact for M&E sub-contractor and Design Team on queries

• Chair fortnightly meetings with the M&E contractors to run through programme and progress

• First point of contact for M&E sub-contractor and Design Team on queries
