Mammography Technologist Lead

CA-DKThe Lead Mammography Technologist must be fully competent in all facets of the mammography department: screening mammography, diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, and biopsies. The incumbent provides expert-level technical support and coordinates and monitors the delivery of mammography services to ensure maximum efficiency. They will work closely with the leadership team to train and mentor junior staff members.The Lead Mammography Technologist will collaborate with radiologists and other breast imaging healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care and image quality. They ensure compliance with MQSA, ACR, and State of California standards, manage department workflow, and support ACR accreditation efforts.
