JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Manager/Administrator

We are seeking a Project Manager/Administrator who will own and administer the Organisation Computer Based Management System (Wunderbuild) while also supporting HR, accounts, bookkeeping, and general project administration.

This is not a task-following role — we need someone who takes full ownership, drives efficiencies, and improves processes through automation and smart system utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wunderbuild Administration – Full system control & setup, document management at company and project levels, creating templates, and processes automation.
  • Data Management & Reporting – Maintain clean, accurate data and create dashboards for decision‑making by management. Managing daily logs and ensuring all data is correctly applied within Wunderbuild.
