Mall Operations Manager
you will be responsible for the following:
Job Scope
Financial and P&L Management
- Direct responsibility for P&L, budget, and receivables of assigned building/center/area.
- Monitor income statements to ensure alignment with gross revenues and DOE budgets .
- Assess performance drivers and merchant sales against:
- Prior year’s sales
- Current year budgeted sales
- Category average
- Building average
- Implement billing and collection guidelines, working closely with the Billing and Collection team to maintain minimal A/R.
