Job Description

SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. seeks a licensed Mechanical Engineer to manage mall equipment maintenance and utilities across MOA, Pasay, or other Metro Manila mall branches.

You will schedule major preventive maintenance via CMMS and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. You will analyze quotations, oversee contractor reports, and prepare technical documents for approvals.
