Ideal Experience

  • College graduate preferably a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer
  • With at least 2-3 years' work experience in real estate industry and property management
  • Sound technical skills to manage diverse range of building machinery and equipment
  • With in-depth understanding of major operational equipment such as Generator Set, Elevators/Lifts, FDAS, Fire Suppression System and Water distribution system components

Critical Competencies for Success

  • Deep Familiarity with Property Management Technical Operations
  • Technically capable in preparing engineering operation reports
  • Sound Technical and Leadership Skills
  • Work Order Management — can simplify complex situations/problems into workable segments and can prepare action plans and recommendations based on clearly identified deliverables Technical capability in review/vetting of plans process (MEPF)
