Make URL to display data

I use a data system called pipedrive- inside pipedrive we have fields and details- we need a very simple Url extension on our website that displays about 4-5 fields of this data- teh page will be a customer page graphics- this will be an extension on a current Wordpress site if possible- we want to achieve that people can go to this url and view teh displayed data- they will be able to also create a icon/link to this URL on there phone. there are only about 5 fields being displayed- the page graphics we can design- your role is to make it extract the data with pipedrive and display about 5 fields- I will need total price and time frame please
