This role ensures all units meetcompany standards by addressing maintenance needs and supporting the maintenance team as needed.   • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all features are in working order per our Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program. 
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, including light fixture replacements, minor plumbing repairs, appliance checks, and drywall patching.
