Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism among the restaurant staff.
  • Greet and escort guests upon arrival, with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant and ensure that guest seating is organized efficiently.
  • Ensure staff can effectively communicate buffet menu details to guests.
  • Supervising all staff actions during work.
  • Monitor cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area.
