Responsibilities

  • Building maintenance services and repairs
  • Unit turnover repairs
  • Groundskeeping, and maintaining equipment and inventory
  • Record keeping, such as inventory and purchase orders, etc.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the basic techniques in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, and electrical
  • Experience servicing and repairing building mechanical equipment
  • Ability to use hand and power tools and lift heavy loads
