Summary This position located in Gulf Islands National Seashore, in the Maintenance Division. Open until 07/20/2026 whichever comes first. Responsibilities The Maintenance Worker Leader serves as a working leader responsible for directing a crew of at least 9 and up to 18 employees in a wide range of custodial, building, grounds, and utility maintenance tasks while performing hands-on work alongside the crew. The position assigns daily tasks, demonstrates proper work methods, ensures materials and equipment are available, and monitors progress to meet deadlines and safety standards.
