Responsibilities

• Executing general repair and maintenance work including basic plumbing (e.g. replacing faucets, unblocking toilets), woodworking (e.g. replacing moulding, installing doors, replacing doorframes) and electrical work (tasks that do not require an electrician’s license, e.g. changing light bulbs).
