Job Description

Grey Owl Estates Condominium Corporation consists of 215 cabins and is located just outside of beautiful Riding Mountain National Park in the Rural Municipality of Harrison Park. Grey Owl Estates is currently looking for a Maintenance Worker. This position will be a seasonal position between the months of May to October (approximately 15 hours a week).

Responsibilities include:

  1. Water system maintenance, minor repairs, and meter readings
  2. Conduct water testing and submit water samples in accordance with the Manitoba Sustainable Development Office of Drinking Water and the Province of Manitoba Environmental Health Authority guidelines
  3. Order supplies
  4. Report to the Board of Directors
  5. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and power tools
  6. Maintain equipment owned by Grey Owl Estates
  7. Maintain parks (2) and common element areas within the area
  8. Monitor road conditions within the area and do minor maintenanc...
