Overview

APM Terminals General Administration comprises general office administration and secretarial support roles. These positions support senior leaders, teams, and functions with clerical tasks, reception duties, mailroom and filing operations, and may be accountable for office event planning and support to Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative assistant support to senior leaders.
  • Execute general office administration and clerical support for teams or functions.
  • Operate reception, telephone, and switchboard services.
  • Manage mailroom operations and filing support.
  • Assist with office event planning.
  • Support Facilities Management with office space planning.
  • Perform skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks as required.
