Maintenance Tech/Stationary Engineer

Pay Rate: $35.03 an hour.

Summary: 

Responsible for performing general building maintenance tasks in carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and for maintaining the entire property in safe, attractive, comfortable condition.
