**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician maintains, repairs, and fabricates mechanical systems and equipment within a large, modern manufacturing environment. This role supports multiple facilities and requires flexibility to work across different plants and shifts while ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and optimal performance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical maintenance on production and facility equipment, including inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of components.
+ Replace mat top chains, linked chains with master links, laced belts, rubber bands for rollers, and belt applications that require the use of specialty equipment while following equipment-specific instructions.
+ Replace bearings, shafts, rollers, sprockets, seals, and gaskets to restore equipment to proper operating condition.
