Job Overview

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance in vacant and occupied apartments, including minor plumbing, drywall repairs, minor electrical repairs, painting, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will think quickly on their feet, have excellent task and time management, and problem solving abilities. This position will not require any repair that requires a licensed technician nor the removal or repair of hazardous materials.
