The Opportunity

The Maintenance Technician will contribute to preventative, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance and support environmental, health and safety initiatives across residential and commercial facilities.

What You Will Do

• General cleaning of common areas of the building (lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms, recreation rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning & sanitizing bathrooms, fixtures, fittings, mirrors, counters, floors, walls, and replenishing supplies.
