Summary

Perform skilled technical work in the maintenance, operation, and repair of building system components and related installations, following established schedules, methods and procedures to satisfy the operational requirements of the Project Agreement. Oversee contractor work; develop work plans; respond to emergencies; adapt work methods; estimate and requisition materials; and prepare records and reports. Perform additional maintenance tasks outside of the position’s usual trade certification but within the individual’s capability or experience.
