You as a Maintenance Technician will:

  • Operate and maintain all courthouse equipment and tools

  • Respond to emergency, urgent, routine on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective action on facility mechanical and courthouse equipment and systems

  • Monitor assigned equipment and systems by conducting facility walkthroughs and Building Automation (BAS) monitoring

  • Lead tradesmen/ subcontractors (accompany) on equipment repair, preventative maintenance and calibration. Issue permit-to-work and hot work permits. Report any noncompliance and safety-related matter

  • Ensure conformance to the Environmental Management System within key process areas
