Maintenance Technician  Compensation:

• $25–$35/hour DOE | Hourly, Level H3 Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Position Summary Epicurean Butter is seeking a skilled and independent Maintenance Technician to keep our food production equipment and facility systems running at peak performance.


• This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment once trained.
• Experience working on food production or packaging equipment is strongly preferred, as this position is critical to ensuring the safety of our product, efficiency, and reliability of our operations.
• Departmental and personnel collaboration is key to success in this position.
