**Job Description**
This role is a hands-on Maintenance Technician position in a stainless metal recycling facility in Fort Wayne, IN. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently on a 1st shift schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform troubleshooting and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
+ Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, diagnose issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems according to established schedules and procedures.
