Salary: Based on experience. Weekly off: 1 day. Location: Sharjah, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on bakery equipment.
• Install, calibrate, and upgrade bakery machinery.
• Ensure equipment meets safety and health standards.
• Respond quickly to emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Train staff on proper equipment use and safety.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
