Job Overview

The key purpose of the post is to be responsible for void property works to ensure units are ready for occupation at sites across Dartford, Woolwich, Romford, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells & Brentwood. Tasks include reactive maintenance, decoration, repairs, administration and any ad‑hoc tasks as arising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure void properties are ready for occupation for the Association.
  • Carry out maintenance, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds work and general building tasks.
  • Perform administrative duties related to void property management.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc tasks as they arise.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑time
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)
