Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, promoting continuous improvement within the plant, and ensuring the performance of equipment and facilities. You will be located at our Saltillo Plant, and report directly to our Maintenance Manager.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with the annual maintenance program for each area.
• Manage electrical and mechanical maintenance, including welding, oxy‑cutting, and maintenance of motors, electric pumps, and diaphragm pumps.
• Interpret electrical diagrams to resolve issues.
• Use diagnostic tools such as a multimeter and thermal imaging camera.
• Maintain control and tracking of spare parts inventory, ensuring material availability for maintenance activities.
