Job Overview: As aMaintenance Technician,the primaryresponsibilitiesare toperform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities ofcommon areaelements and buildings, condominium buildings and the recreation center including but not limited to carpentry, roofing/gutters, electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting tasks and snow removal.
