Maintenance Technician

This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting a growing manufacturing facility. The position has been long-requested and is considered critical to sustaining plant operations. The successful candidate will join a small, collaborative team and work alongside existing technicians.

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs of metal stamping presses, drilling, and milling machines (60%).
• Troubleshoot and service electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems (20%).
• Conduct routine building and service maintenance tasks (10%).
• Occasionally access rooftops supported by scissor lifts (no ladder work).
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with team members.
