Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performs daily machine calibration and set-up to ensure its good running condition.
• Performs machine/device conversion and set-up to ensure continuous work operations.
• Initiates immediate actions to prevent recurrence of equipment breakdown and parts early wearing tearing down.
• Keeps an updated record of machine history, (repair, parts replacement, downtime) for control and reference purposes.
• Coordinates with immediate superior regarding maintenance requirements.
• Conducts preventive maintenance, machine overhauling, painting, and complete machine reconditioning following approved schedule.
• Maintains cleanliness of all Operations 2 Assembly equipment and its vicinity area.
• Performs troubleshooting and repair of breakdown machine/equipment, replacement of worn-out parts refilling, and charging of lubricants.
