Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and efficient operation of building systems and equipment. This role ensures all mechanical and electrical systems are properly maintained, safely operated, and functioning at optimal performance levels.

What You Will Do:

• Handle mechanical and electrical operations, repair, and maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHU), Electrical Motors, and Generator Sets
• Perform minor facility repairs such as plumbing works, replacement of light bulbs, switches, and circuit breakers
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safely operated
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely and efficient repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Communicate clearly with staff, vendors, and manufacturers regarding equipment issues, repairs, and maintenance schedules
