**Core Purpose**
Maintain, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment to maximize production uptime, product quality, and operational efficiency.
**Must-Have Requirements**
✅ **2+ years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment**
**✅ 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing packaging equipment**
**✅ 2+ years performing machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments**
**✅ 2+ years replacing and repairing motors and gearboxes**
**✅ Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience**
**✅ Basic electrical experience**

+ Assisting with equipment-related electrical issues
