**Core Purpose**
Maintain, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment to maximize production uptime, product quality, and operational efficiency.
**Must-Have Requirements**
**2+ years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment**
**2+ years troubleshooting and repairing packaging equipment**
**2+ years performing machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments**
**2+ years replacing and repairing motors and gearboxes**
**Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience**
**Basic electrical experience**
+ Unwiring and rewiring motors
+ Assisting with equipment-related electrical issues
+ Working alongside electricians for complex electrical repairs
Experience operating and maintaining:
