The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on coffee roasting equipment, baggers, and packaging machinery.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
+ Document all maintenance activity within CMMS, including issues, resolutions, parts, and labor.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues with roasters, bagging equipment, and conveyance and production line equipment.
+ Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of roasting and packaging systems.
