A Maintenance Technician plays a key role in keeping a beautiful, coastal community in the Myrtle Beach, SC area running smoothly, enjoying a laid‑back beachside environment where your work has a visible impact every day. This position is responsible for overall grounds, property, and building maintenance, including preventive and routine maintenance, landscaping, work orders, and preparing and maintaining amenities such as pools and common areas—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working outdoors.
