Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

● Set and achieve daily maintenance goals.

● Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and heating systems across

residential and commercial properties.

● Handle the upkeep of pumps, mechanical systems, and HVAC units.

● Manage inventory, maintain and organize building materials at our warehouse.

● Deliver and pick up equipment and materials as needed.

● Perform repairs on walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, countertops, windows, and

more.

● Ensure properties are move-in ready by performing necessary repairs after tenant

move-outs.

● Maintain the exterior of properties, including lawn care and snow removal.

● Assist in the maintenance and repair of assisted living facilities.
