We’re Hiring: Maintenance Technician, Columbus, Ohio
Swiss Property Management Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support residential rental properties throughout the Columbus area.
We’re looking for someone dependable, experienced, and comfortable handling a range of maintenance and repair work.
Position details:
- $18–$37 per hour, based on experience

Main responsibilities include:
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Appliance troubleshooting and repairs
- Apartment turnovers
- Responding to resident maintenance requests
- Preventative maintenance
