Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

  • Perform general skills of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
  • Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Report any facility incident to the Operations Manager for proper guidance.

ROUTINE ROOM AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

  • General Maintenance Technician shall monitor all building systems, equipment, amenities and fixtures & appliances in accordance with the room maintenance checklist provided.
  • Respond to all facility alarms, mechanical electrical, elevator system failures, and any other incidents arising in the building.
  • Submit any Incident Reports to the Operations Manager

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

  • Follow and perform preventive maintenance schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5`5 in height
