Job Summary:
onsemi is currently seeking a self-driven, motivated Maintenance Mechanic to support operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of maintenance duties on various types of industrial and manufacturing support equipment including but not limited to heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, cooling, air handling and exhaust, waste treatment, boilers, ultra-pure water systems, chemical and gas dispense, vacuum systems and building structures. Routinely monitor the Facilities equipment via computer terminals and daily maintenance rounds. Identify and respond to issues. Adjust as needed to maintain optimal performance. Perform a variety of pipe installations and repairs on steel, plastic, and copper pipe. Perform repairs and installations requiring cutting, fitting and assembly of metal and plastic parts and components. Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical systems such as motors, pum...
