Job Description
We’re hiring a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced, modern glass manufacturing facility in Langley, BC—part of a respected industry leader known for quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery to ensure smooth production. You’ll collaborate with both maintenance and production teams, contribute to safety and process improvements, and play a key role in equipment reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid mechanical foundation and confidence using basic tools (e.g., ratchets) without supervision
Experience with industrial machinery installation, adjustment, and repair
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively
Working knowledge of CNC equipment, PLCs, VFDs, servos, and similar systems
While full training is provided on company-specific systems, candidates must bring strong mechanica...
