**Job Description**
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations by maintaining equipment, improving reliability, and promoting a safe work environment. This role combines hands-on industrial maintenance responsibilities with safety and compliance initiatives to ensure equipment uptime, reduce hazards, and support a strong safety culture.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Complete work orders and document repairs using a CMMS system.
+ Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments.
+ Identify and correct unsafe conditions, equipment deficiencies, and workplace risks.
+ Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs and audits.
+ Conduct machine guarding inspections and verify PPE compliance.
