Maintenance Technician

CrossbeamInvestments, LLP, a
local property management company is searching for a Maintenance Technician for Washington Park, a 435-unit apartment complex located in the Kent
Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing building maintenance and
perform unit make-ready duties on multifamily residential ideal candidate will possess basic
maintenance skills as well as the ability to communicate with residents and
schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00
- 4:00 PM.

Key
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
  • Responsible for
    completion of general maintenance tasks, including service requests,
    turnover-functions and curb appeal.
  • Unit Work Orders such as clogged
    garbage disposals, toilets, sinks and tubs; leaky faucets, shower heads and
    anything the resident breaks.
