Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Performs repairs in accordance with Company Safety and OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements
• Perform welding responsibilities
• Plan and achieve maintenance goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain files such as equipment lists, suppliers list, operating maintenance manuals, purchase orders, drawings, checklists, spare parts lists, corrective maintenance details, maintenance history
• Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and advises leadership if additional work is needed or cannot be completed within the standard repair times
• Provide ongoing maintenance support to the plant for all shifts. This includes evaluating and determining the course of action for maintenance incidents after hours and on weekends while on call and may require on-site supervision of the resolution to maintain operational efficiency
