The Maintenance Technician (Reliability Technician) works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to safely perform preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment. This role ensures equipment operates reliably, remains in good working condition, and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements. The technician supports a safe workplace by minimizing equipment downtime, improving reliability, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date compliance on all assigned systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform all types, levels, and frequencies of preventive maintenance on production equipment and selected support equipment independently.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to restore reliable operation.
