We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.
**Pay Rate:** $30-$50 an hr
**Key Responsibilities**
**Maintenance & Reliability**
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment such as presses, chillers, compressors, and filtration systems
+ Conduct condition monitoring (vibration, thermal imaging, oil analysis)
+ Use CMMS (SAP, eMaint, etc.) to document and manage work orders
**Troubleshooting & Repair**
+ Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment (Allen Bradley, Siemens preferred)
+ Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, and pneumatic systems
+ Perform mechanical repairs and root cause analysis
