We manage over 500 residential and commercial properties, all within an hour's radius of our office, covering everything from small maintenance tasks to full refurbishments. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Multi-Trader / Handyman with a strong can-do attitude to join our in-house maintenance team. This is a fast-paced role where flexibility, teamwork, and meeting tight deadlines are essential to minimise void periods between tenants.The RoleYou'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• General maintenance, such as:
  • Silicone and sealing works
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Fencing and minor external works
  • Carpentry and joinery repairs
  • Patch plastering and making good
• Painting & decorating, from repairing water-damaged ceilings to full re-decorations
