Maintenance Technician

**Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift) – Automation, Robotics & PLCs**

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and automated equipment
+ Diagnose and repair issues involving:
+ PLC-controlled systems
+ Robotics and robotic cells
+ Motor drives and automation controls
+ Electrical and mechanical components
+ Maintain and repair production equipment including:
+ Conveyors
+ Palletizers
+ Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
+ Case sealers
+ Tray wrappers
+ Flow wrappers
+ Heat tunnels
+ Baggers
+ Printers and labeling equipment
+ Weigh scales
+ Balers
+ Pallet wrappers
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues
+ Utilize CMMS software (UpKeep or similar) to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
