The position is attached to the Real Estate Directorate (DI), which is tasked with defining a strategy for the property portfolio, developing coherence in the monitoring of major projects according to the hospital master plan, in close partnership with the main State services linked to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure, and the Department of Health, optimising the monitoring of areas and future planning, while ensuring the smooth operation of services.
Attached to the Low Current Service Workshop sector, the Single Point of Contact handles the reception and management of technical emergency calls related to property and people from 7:00am to 5:30pm.
