Responsibilities:
Provide skilled maintenance support to proactively identify and prevent failure points in operations equipment by interpreting operator feedback, understanding machine status indications and functions, and recommending action.Contribute to improving our maintenance management system through Root Cause Analysis and resolving errors that occur with a preventive mindset.Collaborate as a multidisciplinary team member with electrical, process, and reliability colleagues to prioritize tasks and investments to meet operational needs and initiatives for an assigned area of the plant.Support and engage in our ISO/TS quality management system by maintaining equipment to a high standard of care and contributing feedback to the maintenance management system to prevent any deviations in critical-to-quality processes.Maintain, repair, and recommend upgrades for p...
