Job Description
**Maintenance Technician**
**Shift, Schedule, and Pay:**
+ $30-35/hr
+ 1st Shift
+ 5am to 1:30pm
+ Monday to Friday
+ 3rd Shift
+ 9pm-5:30am
+ Sunday to Thursday
+ Overtime as needed
**Job Duties:**
+ Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of a urethane molding production lines
+ Repairs generally consist of replacing parts instead of tearing down and rebuilding
+ Cleaning and checking equipment to ensure lines are ready to start
+ Mechanical components worked on consist of:
+ Pumps
+ Valves
+ Motors
+ Electrical components worked on consist of:
+ 24v to 480v 3phase
+ Switches, encoders, indicators, sensors, temperature controls
+ Understand power supplies, transformers, step down, and control voltages
+ Operate machines through Allen Bradley HMIs
+ Track all maintenance, down time, parts, repairs in Plex ERP (computer literacy)
