Responsibilities
Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance is performed on equipment, including specialized machinery.
Maintain the optimal functioning of equipment at workstations, contributing to departmental objectives.
Verify equipment and machinery are in optimal operating condition.
Generate downtime reports and propose documented action plans.
Execute the maintenance process according to the assigned work schedule.
Comply with guidelines established in the preventive and corrective maintenance program.
Validate the quality of the maintenance process according to operating instructions.
Notify the immediate supervisor of any anomalies in equipment and work materials that limit performance or compliance with the maintenance program.
