Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

• The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance, as well as minor repairs, on company properties to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.


• This role requires a versatile skill set, including knowledge in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Maintenance: Conduct routine tasks, including painting, flooring repairs, and drywall patching.


• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform property inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs.

Construction Assistance:

• Support make-ready processes and small construction projects.


• Maintain tools and materials needed for maintenance and repairs.
